	“During times of trouble I called on the Lord. The Lord answered me and set me free from all of them (Psalm 118:5)   I have been a Lutheran for 11 years, previously attending Grace Lutheran Church in Huntington Beach. I have been married, to my amazing wife Gail, for over 31 years. I have two extraordinary children: Ian, who was married to his wonderful wife, Mary (by Pastor Russ) last summer, and Annie, who is single and in her first year of teaching special education at La Quinta High School. Ian and Gail are also teaching nearby: Ian teaching 6th grade GATE at Allen Elementary and Gail teaching Special Education at Rancho Alamitos High School.   I too, was originally a teacher, teaching history and coaching seven years at Fountain Valley High School, before returning to school and becoming a management consultant, in the area of enterprise software/technology. Crystal Cathedral Ministries, Prison Fellowship and World Vision were a few of my former clients. I have been involved in the technology ministries at both Grace and Reformation. My family and I love Reformation, its people, and what it stands for. We joyfully look forward to being a part of its continued growth and being active in its ministries.
